Yesterday was the first official snow day of the season! Luke, Ellie and Parker were so excited to see the snow falling. They kept begging me all morning to go outside and play. I told them we needed to wait until there was at least enough snow on the ground to play in. By the afternoon, they were in their snow clothes and out the door!
After about ten minutes of playing, they came in asking for carrots. They were building snowmen. A few minutes later, they came back wondering what they could use for eyes. We settled on chocolate chips. Here are the results. Aren't kids the best? I love these!

The snow didn't even stick at our house! I love the snowman head. They are so creative. Cute Halloween pictures. I'm so ready for Halloween to be over!
Can you believe the snow? We still have a snowman standing in our yard, even though the rest of the snow has melted.
